Aerobics, Dance and Glee Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Aerobics, Dance & Glee Coordinator to lead and develop our thriving extracurricular performance program. This role oversees training, coaching and administration for squads participating in Schoolaerobics, Dancestar and Glee competitions. About the Role Lead and coordinate Aerobics, Dance and Glee squads across the School. Plan training schedules, coach sessions, choreograph routines and prepare teams for interschool competitions. Manage program administration including communication, events, team selection, coaches’ rosters, excursion documentation and risk management. Support competition planning (local and interstate), costumes/props management and program promotion. Work collaboratively within the Sport Department while operating autonomously day-to-day. About You Extensive coaching experience in Aerobics, Dance and/or Glee, with strong choreography skills. Experience in TFT competitions (Schoolaerobics, Dancestar, Glee). Ability to engage, motivate and support students of varying abilities. Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in school environments. Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications. Current Working with Children Check (Employee). Desirable: Performing Arts qualifications, Diploma in Dance Teaching/Management, or Gymnastics Australia Technical Membership (Aerobics).
