Requirements You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration and / or any relevant area. You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including Zendesk admin / configuration: Setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation; Managing groups, roles, and permissions; Configuring multiple departments or business units within a single Zendesk instance (multi‑brand / multi‑department setup) Advanced English proficiency (C1) or above. Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines. Our freelance role is fully remote; you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
