Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces. Offer solution-focused interventions and support. Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills. RequirementsTertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health (5-10 years for Principal Consultant roles). Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
