In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare teams, and actively participate in education, mentoring, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Registered Nurses, Midwives, Nursing Unit Managers, and other healthcare professionals, as well as patients, families, carers, and external care providers. This collaborative approach ensures the best possible care for our community. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive. You are an excellent communicator and team collaborator who demonstrates initiative, accountability, and critical thinking. APPLY today and help us shape healthier communities What You’ll Be Doing As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work with registered nurses or midwives as part of the health care team and demonstrate competence in the provision of safe, compassionate, quality person-centred care. Qualifications Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate, quality care that is culturally responsive. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs. Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.
