We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Asset Operations Manager to join our Geraldton team. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our assets are delivered, commissioned, and optimised to support safe and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on-site, and can confidently manage technical challenges, vendor relationships, and equipment lifecycle planning. What you’ll do Lead the delivery, commissioning, and readiness of high-volume assets and new equipment Support new site start-ups, ensuring operational and maintenance strategies are executed effectively Conduct on-site inspections to verify equipment is fit-for-purpose and aligned with specifications Coordinate the decommissioning and resale of old assets Execute equipment optimisation projects with regular site presence and progress monitoring. Provide technical advice to site maintenance and operations teams Maintain accurate registers and tracking systems for vehicles, assets, and equipment Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and OEMs Oversee warranty work, credit claims, and core return processes Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards What you’ll bring Strong technical understanding of equipment and asset management Experience in operational support, commissioning, and project coordination Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and compliance Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams What's On Offer Permanent Full-time role- enjoy job security with full employee entitlements Reporting totheAsset Manager - Workwith a dynamic and value driven business leadership team Relocation Assistance offered for the right candidate State-of-the-Art Depot Wellness Hub– featuring massage chairs, infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber, Carol bike, yoga room, and more to come.
