Centre Manager/Director

KinderPark Early Learning Centre is looking for a full-time Centre Manager/Director to join our team in Rockingham/Hillman. The Centre Manager plays a key role, leading their team so that they consistently offer a safe and high-quality service to our children and families, as well as the day-to‑day management of the centre. Inspiring and helping others is part of who you are – you have integrity, and this is demonstrated in your actions and communication with co‑workers and families. Working in childcare can be physically and mentally demanding – you have the ability to calmly and confidently deal with multiple priorities, and are a role‑model for your team. You have an entrepreneurial way of thinking and take ownership of your centre goals. You are organised and have computer literacy. You have experience as a Centre Manager/Director or as an Assistant Centre Manager, or equivalent leadership experience, with the knowledge to operate in compliance with relevant regulations and legislation. You have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Hold a current WWC and other relevant qualifications.
