What this opportunity involves We're seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic Property Management team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to build their career in commercial property management whilst providing high-quality support across our diverse portfolio. Overview of the role Assist with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries and financial forecasting Support monthly report preparation and process accounts payable invoices Monitor and actively pursue tenant rental arrears Review and manage tenancy schedules across the portfolio Assist with rent reviews and other critical lease requirements Attend tenant meetings alongside Property Managers Issue purchase orders and establish contracts in JLL systems Liaise effectively with tenants, contractors and property owners Ensure timely raising of sundry charges and direct recoveries Provide general administration support and filing assistance Sound like you?
