Through the creation of beautiful, high-quality food and products, we support, empower and employ women with lived experience of domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma. We have a busy catering kitchen where we employ vulnerable women in our employment pathways program, and we donate meals and care packs to community partners in and around Sydney. What is the job? Two Good Co are opening a café in the brand-new Victoria Cross Tower in North Sydney and are looking for a Head Chef to join the team Our new Head Chef will help create beautiful, high-quality food in line with the Two Good standards, in addition to managing the kitchen. Reporting into the Site Lead, this role will be responsible for: Be a key part of the team across concept, supplier sourcing and recipe testing for the menu, eventually owning and delivering a seasonal menu. Managing the kitchen across production scheduling and ordering of produce and packaging. Oversee the daily run sheet of catering for the building and potential local external venues. Effective kitchen, team and budget management. People leadership, inline with Two Goods values. Overseeing a clean and organised kitchen. Who are you? Qualifications and Experience Excellent time management and organisation skills. Completion of Industry approved studies in Commercial Cookery and a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
