The Older Person’s Nurse Practitioner provides care for people over the age of 65 years (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over the age of 50 years) across the care continuum. The role is key in recognising the features of geriatric syndromes, formulating a diagnosis and initiating interventions with the aim of reducing functional decline in the older person. Eligibility & Application Employment Type: This is a Fixed‑Term, Part‑time opportunity, up to 38 hours per week.
