Investment Analyst/Associate – Real Estate Investment Team (Sydney) Our client is a Tier‑1 Global Private Equity Investor headquartered in the US, with a flexible investment mandate and deep expertise in real‑estate sectors worldwide. Position: Investment Analyst/Associate About the Team You will join a dedicated real‑estate investment team in Sydney, working with senior investors on a thesis‑driven growth mandate targeting diverse real‑estate assets and aligned sectors. Responsibilities Partner with senior team to execute new investments and optimize existing portfolio holdings. Evaluate prospective real‑estate investment opportunities, assisting with due diligence. Build and maintain financial models at the asset, portfolio, and corporate level. Prepare investment memos for presentation to the Investment Committee. Assist in the transition of assets from execution to asset management. Support origination efforts and ad‑hoc value‑add projects as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in investment management, investment banking, tier‑1 corporate advisory, or corporate development. Proven financial modelling, quantitative, and analytical capabilities. Strong logical thinking and ability to articulate complex situations. Experience in real‑estate, real assets, or a similar sector highly desirable. Desire to work in a small, fast‑paced, dynamic team. Location & Working Rights Sydney, Australia.
