This position requires an experienced, professional, reliable and well-organised person to work a variety of days and shifts. Your key responsibilities and duties include: Your number one priority will be to maintain the high standard of presentation at the property and its surrounding areas, including: golf course, gardens, lawns, pool areas, and other common areas; Undertake grounds care including mowing, fertilising, and gardening. Assist in Irrigation system maintenance and management. Carry out the maintenance of all tools and equipment (unless tradespersons are required). Assist in servicing the pool and spa areas. Be vigilant for hazards and risks within the workplace that could cause harm and report accordingly. Build & maintain professional and courteous relationships with guests, co-workers and management. Qualifications Exceptional communication, management and leadership skills. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise based on workload. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
