A natural leader who brings the vibe, motivates teams, and builds culture. Obsessed with great service, smooth operations, and finding clever ways to lift standards. You communicate like a pro — with Head Chefs, venue managers, suppliers, owners and everyone in between. You’re hands‑on, solutions‑focused, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing multiple pubs and ensuring each venue is performing at its best. Coaching and supporting Venue Managers + teams so everyone shines. Making sure operations, compliance, ordering, rostering and cost controls are tight. Helping drive revenue, guest experience and overall venue vibe. Jumping in across venues when needed — tastings, openings, big events, new menus, the lot. Working closely with senior leadership to plan, improve and grow the group.
