The Opportunity As part of the Market & Financial Risk team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s risk management framework — covering liquidity, funding, interest rate, counterparty credit, and capital risks. This is a hands‑on analytical role that blends technical depth with commercial insight. What You’ll Do Support the Senior Manager, Market & Financial Risk in maintaining a robust and forward‑looking risk framework. Lead analytical projects and enhance risk data capabilities — reviewing model assumptions, automating reporting, and generating insights for ALCO and senior stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement across risk processes, tools, and reporting frameworks. Partner with finance, treasury, and broader risk teams to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable information. What You’ll Bring 4–5+ years’ experience in financial or market risk, ALM, or treasury risk within a regulated financial institution. Strong understanding of financial instruments, risk modelling, and regulatory standards. Technical capability with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or VBA. Highly analytical mindset with strong communication skills — able to translate data into strategic insights. Self‑starter with a passion for problem‑solving and process improvement. Open to candidates on visa.
