Position: Education Sales Consultant (ESC)
We are seeking an Education Sales Consultant (ESC) to join our Sales team. This role will be focused on engaging with our customers and schools to develop deep relationships and deliver targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
What you will be doing:
You will play a key role in driving sales of 3P Learning educational programs within a designated portfolio. This role focuses on direct customer engagement through online and face-to-face demonstrations, sales activity, and pipeline management.
How you will make a difference:
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through face-to-face interactions and outbound calling. Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to schools and educational institutions within the territory to build relationships and present solutions. Outbound Calling: Perform daily outbound calls to prospect new clients and maintain engagement with existing customers. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities. Product Demonstration: Demonstrate the educational program features during client visits and webinars. Event Participation: Represent the company at educational fairs and workshops to network with potential clients. Feedback Loop: Regularly collect and report customer feedback to help shape future software enhancements. What you will bring with you:
A minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in educational or technology product sales. Demonstrated ability to manage a geographical sales area and exceed sales targets. Strong time and pipeline management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts. Excellent skills in initiating contact and maintaining customer relationships. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation skills. Strong capability to analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plans. Flexibility to adapt to market changes and persistence in the face of sales challenges. Experience in Value selling. Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and explain software features. Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable but not essential. Why you will love working at 3P Learning:
