About the opportunity Join Steadfast Technologies Shared Services as a Junior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of market-leading Insurtech and productivity tools. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone eager to grow their technical skills in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop clean, efficient, and testable code under guidance from senior engineers. Assist in designing, building, and testing software applications and systems. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including designers, analysts, and engineers. Help identify and resolve bugs through software testing. Contribute to documentation of development processes and system design. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Exposure to technologies such as Angular, Node.js, Java, AWS DynamoDB, and GitHub. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
