General and Cosmetic Dentist, Owner of Redfern Street Dental We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our practice in Redfern for 2–5 days per week. The role involves chairside assisting, lab work, sterilisation tasks, and occasional reception duties in this small, fully digital 2‑chair practice. Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in Australia. Responsibilities Chairside assisting during dental treatments Lab work and sterilisation of clinical instruments and infection control Cleaning and preparing the surgery for dental treatments Occasional reception work and general practice tasks Support on digital intra‑oral scans (iTero) and 3D printing (Sprint‑ray) Qualifications Minimum 1 year Australian clinical dental assistant experience Experience with sterilisation, infection control, and preparing surgical suites Patient‑oriented attitude and strong communication skills Detail‑oriented and committed to high quality patient care Team‑player willing to learn and develop within a supportive environment Training and Tools On‑the‑job training will be provided for our practice management system (Praktika). The practice is equipped with CEREC, iTero scanner, Aquacare Twin, composite warmers, Sprint‑ray 3D printer, rotary endo, Gemini laser, and OPG.
