ABOUT THE ROLE As the People & Culture Graduate, you will gain hands‑on experience across the employee lifecycle and build the foundation for a rewarding career. You will rotate through key areas of the P&C function, gaining generalist experience in: HR Administration Recruitment Employee Relations Learning & Development You’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout the graduate program, helping you build your confidence, gain experience and develop strong generalist HR capabilities. Based in Wodonga with occasional travel to other sites, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive, engaged and values‑driven workplace that is committed to continuous improvement and community impact. ABOUT YOU You are a proactive and values‑driven professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment. With excellent organisation and communication skills, you’re comfortable working on multiple programs and have a genuine passion for enhancing employee and student experiences. You will also bring: A recently completed qualification in human resources or related field, or currently near completion of relevant studies.
