Frontend Software Developer (React Native) We are a growing health technology company dedicated to developing innovative digital solutions to improve healthcare outcomes. Position Overview As a Front-end Software Developer, you will design, develop, modify, test, and support user-facing software applications and systems in line with user requirements and technical specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including back-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital health products. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain our web and native iOS, Android, Windows, Mac applications using React Native, Expo and related technologies. Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to implement high-quality user interfaces. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring data accuracy and performance. Implement and maintain state management solutions such as Redux, Recoil, or Zustand. Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability across devices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards. Collaborate on CI/CD processes, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend and mobile development. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in React Native. Experience with mobile app development, debugging, and profiling tools (e.g., Flipper, Xcode, Android Studio). Familiarity with UI libraries and frameworks. Understanding of mobile app distribution via App Store and Google Play. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern authentication flows (OAuth, JWT). Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile UX principles. Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development workflows. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
