ONLINE FULFILLMENT ROLE - PART TIME/CASUAL ROLE We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated individual to join our Online team. This role focuses on managing e‑commerce fulfillment via Shopify, Apparel21, and Australia Post, including picking, packing, booking, and dispatching orders. You'll work across online operations, logistics, and garment alterations, collaborating with the Retail, Digital, and Warehouse teams to deliver outstanding customer service. Proficiency in Shopify, Apparel21, and Excel is essential, along with strong organisational and communication skills. While experience in menswear is desirable, full training will be provided to the right candidate. A driver’s license and physical capability for stock handling tasks are required. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and courteous customer support via email, telephone, and live chat platforms. Accurately process and fulfil online orders using Shopify and Apparel21 POS systems. Oversee daily order fulfilment, including picking, packing, booking shipments, and dispatching orders. Manage online returns and exchanges in line with company policies. Print product labels as required and ensure optimal stock levels on the shop floor. Coordinate the preparation of deliveries for postal services and courier pickup. Receive, inspect, and correctly store incoming stock from the warehouse. Work collaboratively with the Retail, Digital and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring consistency in quantity, type, and quality, and proactively replenish inventory. Liaise with courier services to manage dispatches and track deliveries efficiently. Utilise key platforms such as Apparel21 (AP21), Australia Post, DHL, and various B2B portals. Document garment alterations with precision, monitor return timelines, manage alteration invoices, reconcile delivery dockets, and update stock status in AP21. Collect and communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams to support continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Demonstrated experience with Shopify and Apparel21 (AP21). Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and organisational skills. Prior experience in menswear, whether in retail, online operations, or customer service (advantageous). Meticulous work ethic and ability to problem‑solve. Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines. Proficient in computer use and Excel, with a tech‑savvy mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Full‑time availability, up to 38 hours per week. A current driver’s licence is required. Physical Requirements Necessary to fulfil pick, pack & book, plus warehouse duties.
