NDC Keilor is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant to join their friendly team on a full time basis. Our company is uniquely led by an elite group of dentists who form the Clinical Advisory Committee. About the Role As a Dental Assistant you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. Skills & Experience You have: 4+ years previous experience as a Dental Assistant Experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - (desired) Availability that includes a Saturday Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite You are: Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic What We Offer We believe in investing in our team's development.
