Civil Leading Hand/ Supervisor The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Leading Hand with the capability to step up into a supervisory position as required. This role is ideal for someone with proven civil experience and the confidence to lead small teams in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support crews on daily civil and paint/blast works Oversee daily operations, including earthworks, pipe fitting, drainage, and paint and blast Conduct pre‑starts, toolbox meetings and safety checks Promote a strong safety‑first culture Oversee quality control and adherence to site and project specifications Requirements Proven leading hand or supervisor experience (Schedule 26 desirable) High Risk Work Licence (EWP), Working at Heights, Confined Spaces Pass a pre‑employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment Previous experience at South32 or similar processing plant desirable About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
