We’re looking for a Software Application Developer who loves building high‑quality, efficient software that brings a product vision to life. If you enjoy collaborating across teams, solving complex problems, and staying ahead of modern development practices, this role is a great fit. Responsibilities Work closely with product, development, and testing teams Develop features and implement user stories following high coding standards Write clear documentation and meaningful code comments Create and maintain unit tests Monitor application performance and reliability, and help resolve issues Stay up to date with modern tools, frameworks, and best practices Participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Required skills, education, qualifications, and experience 2 years' experience in software development MAUI experience (essential) Demonstrated strong C#/.NET development skills Experience with React Native or other modern front‑end frameworks Solid understanding of Agile methodologies Demonstrable communication and collaboration skills Proven problem‑solving ability Willingness to learn new languages, tools, and technologies Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience A passion for delivering consistently excellent software Exposure to modern distributed, high‑traffic web applications preferred Database experience preferred This is a hybrid schedule position with 3 days per week on‑site at our Mulgrave office.
