Job Summary At HUB24 we are on a journey to transform the financial advice industry in Australia by building smarter scalable and more accessible financial platforms. We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Automation Test Analyst to join our this role you will design and enhance automated testing frameworks ensuring our solutions are reliable high-quality and trusted by advisers across the country. You will work closely with developers product owners DevOps and business teams contributing your expertise to build seamless experiences for our customers. This role offers an opportunity to apply your technical skills while being supported to grow share knowledge and make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API using data-driven and behaviour-driven approaches. Build and enhance automation frameworks with tools such as Playwright Python/Nutter and Playwright DDT. Support end-to-end testing across integrated systems to ensure smooth user experiences. Troubleshoot issues, maintain stability in test environments and continuously improve efficiency. Help define and apply automation testing standards and best practices. Ensure strong test coverage traceability and compliance with quality and security requirements. Analyse defects and partner with teams to identify root causes and implement improvements. Partner with developers, analysts, DevOps and product managers to co-create testable requirements and integrate automation in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Jenkins Azure DevOps). Share knowledge and mentor team members to strengthen automation skills across the QA team. Participate in showcases and team learning sessions to encourage continuous growth and innovation. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and align QA processes with delivery goals. Ensure a client-first mindset supporting the delivery of seamless and high-quality business solutions. Requirements Experience as a Test Analyst / QA Automation Engineer with a focus on automation frameworks. Knowledge of UI and API automation (Playwright or similar tools). Proficiency in Python SQL and familiarity with test data management. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins or Azure DevOps. Exposure to data-driven testing for complex datasets and pipelines. Collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and building strong relationships. Enthusiasm for mentoring sharing best practices and driving improvements. Knowledge of microservices testing and cloud-based systems is a plus.
