Dual Site Gym Manager & Sales Consultant – Fitstop Ellenbrook & Canning Vale Locations: Ellenbrook & Canning Vale Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: January 5th About Us Fitstop is one of Australia’s fastest-growing functional training communities, built on high energy sessions, strong culture and proven performance results. This is a unique opportunity to step into a dual-site leadership role , overseeing day-to-day operations while leading sales performance across two Fitstop locations. About the Role As the Dual Site Gym Manager & Sales Consultant , you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional member experience, driving membership growth, and ensuring smooth operations across both sites. You will recruit, lead, and develop coaching teams, run sales systems with precision, and create a consistent culture of high performance and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations across two Fitstop locations Lead group fitness classes of up to 36 people (~15-18 hours/week) Lead, mentor and manage coaching teams to ensure high session quality and brand standards Maintain facility presentation, safety and compliance across both sites Execute business processes, weekly schedules, reporting and KPI tracking Drive community engagement through local marketing, in-club events and member outreach Sales & Membership Growth Manage the full sales pipeline: lead generation, follow‑up, calls, tours and onboarding Achieve weekly and monthly membership targets Monitor lead response speed, conversion metrics and CRM accuracy Deliver an exceptional first impression and member onboarding experience Collaborate with owners on marketing campaigns, promotions and growth strategies About You Previous experience in gym management, fitness leadership, or a high-performing sales role Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams Proven sales ability with a track record of hitting targets Confident communicator with outstanding customer service Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive across multi-site operations Passionate about fitness, community and helping people improve their lives Cert III/IV in Fitness Why Join Us?
