Construction Supervisor - Insurance Building JP Flynn Builders is an Australian owned company that has been primarily focused on the provision of low cost, high volume and high-quality domestic insurance repairs for over 35+ years. With the support of Australia’s largest personal insurers, we are seeking to grow even further in 2025. This growth has presented an exciting opportunity for a Construction Supervisor to join our metro Melbourne team, working across a south‑eastern suburbs portfolio. Reporting to the Construction Area Manager, you will schedule, coordinate and lead teams of trades on multiple repair building jobs. You will build excellent rapport with your team, and also with the insured, to work towards positive outcomes delivered for all parties in a timely manner. You will also liaise with the company’s office staff and management team to ensure there is clear communication and all stakeholders are kept well‑informed. What you bring Ideally presenting with supervisory experience gained in the insurance building or residential construction sector, strong supervision, and project management skills Great communication and a self‑driven mindset Ability to lead teams and deliver quality work Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Prime a bonus) Why JP Flynn Builders?
