About the opportunity We’re seeking experienced Service Advisors only, professionals who know how to deliver a premium service experience from start to finish. As a Service Advisor, you are responsible for managing the entire customer service experience, ensuring clear communication and accuracy from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Welcome and guide customers through the entire service process, ensuring every visit feels exceptional. Clearly explain service options, costs, and timelines with confidence and professionalism. Coordinate repairs, order parts, and keep customers updated every step of the way. Accurately prepare repair orders, job sheets, and invoices to keep operations running smoothly. Work closely with technicians and the service team to exceed customer expectations and uphold BMW’s high standards. Our Ideal Candidate The skills and experience you will bring to this role include: Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a premium or high‑volume dealership environment (essential). Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering a five‑star customer experience. Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting. Proficient with dealership management systems and confident in leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency.
