The Opportunity This role is suited to Physiotherapists at different stages of their careers. If youre early in your career youll be supported to build confidence develop strong clinical foundations and grow your independence within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. If youre an experienced Physiotherapist youll enjoy autonomy variety and flexibility with the opportunity to work within a well-established service model that values professional judgement and quality outcomes over volume. Youll work across Residential Aged Care and the Community supporting clients through Support at Home Short-Term Restorative Care and private funding streams. The Role You will provide evidence-based physiotherapy services focused on maintaining and improving mobility strength balance and safety. This includes comprehensive assessments functional and goal-based treatment planning falls risk management equipment prescription chronic and arthritic condition management pain management and pressure injury prevention. Youll work closely with other allied health professionals to deliver coordinated person-centred care and achieve meaningful client outcomes.
