Marsh Valuation Services, a specialist division within Marsh, is seeking talented engineers to join our team as Graduate Valuation Analysts or Valuation Consultant in the Brisbane – 111 Eagle office. What can you expect? At Marsh, we undertake the valuation of property, plant, equipment, and infrastructure assets for leading corporate and public sector organisations in the Pacific region. As part of our Plant, Equipment & Infrastructure team in Queensland, you will have the chance to work on unique projects and contribute to large portfolios. What is in it for you? Learn from market-leading professionals and gain a new industry skillset Access to leading training and development programs Work in modern CBD office Be part of a global organization that values your career path Collaborate with engineers across our Pacific practice Gain experience working on projects for leading organisations Enjoy a great team environment with supportive colleagues Travel to various geographic areas to support different clients We will count on you to : Assist the valuation teams in research and data analysis across property, plant, equipment, and infrastructure asset classes Conduct supervised site inspections and field work Compile reports and spreadsheets, including data transfer, formatting, and formulas Liaise with client representatives Utilise our in-house valuation program Arrange project plans and site inspections Support senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks What you need to have? Must have a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or related engineering field (or soon to be completed degree) Strong Microsoft Excel skills Broad computer competency Desire and willingness to learn new skills Ability to deliver results on time and in full Self-motivated with a positive attitude Confident communicator Analytical mindset Team player with high integrity and energy Ability to work independently and as part of a team What makes you stand out?
