About the Role You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of TTW programs, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard and participants are supported to achieve their education, training, and employment goals. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up, build leadership capability, and guide a team to success. Key Responsibilities Lead and support your team to deliver outcomes and meet compliance requirements. Support participants to set and achieve employment and education goals. Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and motivation to staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen opportunities for participants. Must have experience in TTW or similar. Who We’re Looking For A strong team player with excellent communication skills. Organised, motivated, and outcome‑focused. Demonstrated alignment with our values and team culture.
