Frontline Team Leader – Make a real difference in women's lives At 4 Voices, we walk alongside women experiencing domestic violence, homelessness, and social isolation, helping them reconnect to safety, dignity, and hope, one genuine conversation at a time. Our frontline services operate from solar‑powered connection hub vans, equipped with laptops, WiFi, and all the comforts needed to create a welcoming space. What we offer you Structured support and mentoring as a Team Leader – you’ll never feel alone in the role. Professional development in mental health first aid, trauma‑informed care, and suicide awareness. A chance to lead a small, committed team in a positive, collaborative environment. Flexible commitment: 34 hours per week or fortnight, so you can make a difference sustainably. What you’ll do Lead, support and motivate a team of volunteers to deliver compassionate, high‑quality service. Coordinate shifts and resources, maintain operational safety, and facilitate debriefs. Monitor volunteer wellbeing, provide guidance, and refer for additional support as needed. Participate in Team Leader meetings and service improvement initiatives. Who we’re looking for Empathetic, open‑minded and able to meet people where they are. Confident and capable in leading, supporting, and motivating a team. Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe, consistent service. Job Details Category: Community Services Commitment: Regular – more than 6 months Type of Work: Companionship & Social Support, Counselling & Help Line Time Required: Minimum of 4 hours per week/fortnight, choose a frontline shift that works best for your schedule. Training: Mandatory online training modules provided during onboarding, they are self‑paced, and you can complete them wherever is most comfortable.
