Change Lead

to join our delivery team in Sydney to manage the technical deployments for a large programme.

The successful individual will take on this leadership role to provide direction, support and be an escalation point for various project teams while fostering proactive communication on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:Build and execute change and release management strategy for a major migration project.Assist with project design, governance framework and operational integration.Direct releases ensuring all approvals are in place before moving to production.Support with priorities and escalations.Oversee and track service management change requests.Create documentation for service management, change and configuration management.

Requirements:Solid Change Management experience.Demonstrated experience in change, configuration and release management processes.Strong experience in managing large scale complex

migration

programmes.Proven ability to build release management strategy.Experience in CI/CD implementations, test data provisioning.Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services will be highly regarded.Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
