Mixing Operator – Cosmetics Manufacturing Taren point, Sydney, NSW, Australian Manufacturer | Full-Time About Us We are an Australian manufacturer of cosmetic and skincare products, supplying both local and international markets. Our team is passionate about quality and maintaining high standards under our Quality Management System (QMS). The Role We are seeking a hands‐on Mixing Operator to join our production team. You’ll be responsible for manufacturing skincare and cosmetic batches, operating equipment safely, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. This role suits someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures precisely. Key Responsibilities Manufacture products according to approved procedures and QMS standards Operate mixers, blenders, and handling equipment Drive forklifts and move materials safely (LF licence required) Clean and maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas Work safely and report any hazards or equipment issues Support team operations and perform other duties as required About You Current Forklift Licence (LF) Experience in production, processing, or batch manufacturing (cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and safety‑conscious Speaking Chinese is preferred but not essential Why Join Us Australian manufacturer with a strong reputation in skincare Supportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
