Professional qualifications in teaching and learning and specific KLA areas required. Demonstrated ability and expertise in developing and implementing flexible and innovative programmes to support learning. Ability to teach other subject areas highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to foster positive professional relationships with students and contribute to improved learning outcomes and academic achievement. An ability to work as part of a cohesive team and contribute positively to staff professional culture. Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Demonstrates an understanding of NESA and Diocesan policies and protocols and school procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality and develop effective documentation on school and system platforms. Current Working with Children Check and NESA Accreditation. Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category B, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or working towards Accreditation.
