Senior Director of Transport Strategy - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia The Opportunity We're looking for a visionary Senior Director of Transport Strategy to lead the mobility blueprint for one of the world’s most innovative cities. This is a chance to steer city‑wide mobility planning, influence regional integration, and guide future‑facing transport systems— from autonomous mobility to airspace management. What You’ll Lead Own the Transport Vision – Drive the citywide transport strategy, modelling and development controls that shape the region’s mobility future. Build a Fully Integrated Mobility Ecosystem – Ensure all transport systems—from roads to next‑gen mobility—are aligned, data‑driven, and future‑ready. Match mobility activation with development timelines to keep the city flowing seamlessly as it grows. Develop policies for EV charging, zero‑emission zones, logistics, AI mobility, autonomous vehicles, airspace, events, and more. Work closely with regional authorities, government entities, service providers, and internal development teams. Own the Strategic Transport Model – Maintain, evolve, and leverage the model to drive decision‑making across the entire city lifecycle. Ensure mobility is not just functional—but exceptional—for residents, visitors, and businesses. What You Bring ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field ✔️ 25+ years of relevant transport, mobility, or infrastructure experience ✔️ Deep expertise in large‑scale transport planning, modelling, and strategy ✔️ Experience managing complex stakeholders and government engagements ✔️ A passion for future mobility, innovation, and smart‑city transport Why apply?
