Working closely with experienced professionals you gain exposure to end to end delivery within the ecommerce lifecycle of our digital platforms.To succeed in this role, you will have strong all-round BA skills (minimum 5 years'), a background in digital (web, mobile, ecommerce etc) and be able to build a great rapport with business stakeholders.You will join our large Analysis Chapter that supports a large variety of programs across the Suncorp Group. The Chapter consists of around 200 like-minded analysts, where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing, helping you grow in the "how" while delivering the "what". You will support projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) as well as initiatives using traditional project delivery models.Suncorp is proud of our fantastic culture where you will be supported in your career development.What you'll doBuild strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholdersDocument current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Use information gathering techniques to proactively discover requirements and synthesize information accurately, completely, and coherently.Work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs.Raise, and support mitigation and resolution of, risks and issues using established tools and frameworks were applicable.Create detailed user stories to support delivery.Work close with squad / project members, including but not limited to Delivery lead, Scrum Master, Developers, Tech Leads, and Business stakeholders to identify, capture, plan and deliver the scope of work.Guide the business through UAT to sign off, managing any post-implementation changesWorking in an Agile continuous delivery environment and be responsible for analysing and documenting requirements, facilitate workshops and design solution sessionsWhat you'll bring5+ years' experience in a Senior Business Analyst role, in a technical capacityStrong understanding of API and API Integration conceptsExperience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is highly desiredAdvanced understanding of Agile development practicesPrevious experience working with software development teamsExperience in design & implementation for digital platforms and/or cloud technologiesTrack record of working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional environmentWhat we can offer you:Discounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as banking and insurance products.A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks secondary carer leave, and unlimited paid emergency response leave.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.About Suncorp Group:We're proud to be a part of the Suncorp Group family alongside some of Australia's most trusted and diverse names in insurance.
