Guest Services Officer NSW – Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park (North Narrabeen NSW 2101) Join us at BelgraviaPRO to work in our newest caravan park, located 45 minutes from Sydney CBD. Guests can enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing, stand‑up paddle boarding, and a range of accommodation options including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites, along with play areas and well‑equipped amenity blocks. Multiple casual positions available. Dynamic and growing team. Flexible work conditions. Role Overview As a Guest Services Officer, you will deliver exceptional service face‑to‑face and over the phone, and assist with administrative and hospitality tasks such as cleaning cabins, amenities, and common areas. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to guests. Assist with booking systems and telephone enquiries. Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions. Perform housekeeping duties for accommodation and public areas. Adhere to housekeeping standards: change linen, make beds, clean cabins, bathrooms, kitchens, replenish stock. Dispose of rubbish appropriately; vacuum, mop, sweep; spot clean. Report maintenance or WHS issues. About You Friendly, enthusiastic, and available to work a 7‑day week roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Required Skills & Experience Exceptional customer service skills. Professional telephone manner. Experience with computerised booking systems. Willingness to learn and apply new systems and processes. Cash and EFTPOS handling experience. Flexible hours, including weekends and short notice. Ability to work in a team environment and independently. Essential First Aid Level 2. Current CPR certification. National Police Check clearance upon onboarding. Working with Children Check NSW or equivalent. Desirable Experience with RMS 9+ (Online Reservation System).
