What You'll Need Proven expertise in leading complex technology projects within the security domain Passion for motivating employees to drive exceptional business and individual performance, and an ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams Experience in Financial Services, Investment Management and / or Superannuation Experience delivering complex, technical projects and/or portfolio management in the security domain across medium to large matrix organisations Experience in leading information and physical security initiatives to buy‑down security risk Awareness of cyber security industry frameworks and government guidelines Hands‑on experience in information technology roles e.g. Technology lead, architect, designer, developer, cyber analyst Proven project and program management experience including strong skills in delivering initiatives utilising agile techniques Tertiary qualification in an appropriately aligned field e.g. Finance, Science and/or Technology Relevant certifications in project management, such as, Prince2 or PMP Agile certification Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
