About the role This Wyndham Local Program Facilitator role will be a part of the Senior Leadership team with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Local program, which provides easy to access and support to people aged 26 years and over experiencing mental illness or psychological distress. The Program Facilitator will include line management and clinical support for Mental Health staff from a range of disciplines to further support the leadership team to implement the improvement plan.
