Our rapid growth is testament to our ability to deliver quality project outcomes, safely and on time.Working with us you’ll learn from some of the brightest and smartest minds in the business, while delivering important projects throughout Australia and overseas, giving you the opportunity to gain access to unique experiences across a huge range of sectors, from gold to lithium and new energy.Find out what a career at Primero can do for you.* We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Ops & Maintenance Division on one of our Long-Term Crushing & Maintenance contracts* Reporting to the Site Manager.* Roster: 8:6 FIFO From PerthYour Key Responsibilities* Proactively plan the works assigned to you on the project to ensure that the resources required to meet your primary purpose are adequate and fit for purpose.* Directly accountable for setting up the worksite to ensure that all activities can be conducted in a safe manner for persons working on the site including sub-contractor’s workforce and visitors.* In all dealings with Primero’s clients or prospective clients, develop relationships which maximise the likelihood of repeat or initial business opportunities.* Effectively manage multiple jobs on site with several leading hands and/or sub-contractors.* Liaise with client representatives or sub-contractors on technical and minor contractual issue.* Responsible for ensuring that pre-start meetings are held daily with all personnel working on the site including subcontractor personnel.* Report all construction and technical issues immediately to the site engineering team.What You ‘Can Do’* At least five (2) years’ Supervisory Experience* Experience in Crushing & Maintenance.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong daily and weekly planning abilities of assigned tasks.* Ability to work effectively with the firm’s personnel and sub-contractors.* Strong HSE understanding and implementation skillsWhat we ‘Can Do’ for you:* Competitive Compensation* Contemporary Rostering* Flexible Working Arrangements* Health and Wellbeing Support* Benefits & Discounts* Employee Referral RewardsIf you're looking for a career where you experience more 'Can Do', then we're the team for you.Find out what a Primero career Can Do for you.APPLY NOWIf you believe you have what it takes and want to work for a company who put its people first, please
