Senior Marketing Manager, Funds Management Executive Search Consultant * Delivering Superior Human Capital Solutions to the Investment Management Industry Join an established and innovative Fund Manager that likes to stand out from the crowd. Reporting to the head of marketing this is an exciting role that requires an independent thinker to join the marketing team and drive the product marketing strategy. This is a generalist marketing role with digital management focus. Responsibilities include: Digital marketing strategy and planning, campaign management, analytics and performance, content and website management, stakeholder collaboration, social media strategy and implementation. Email Marketing communications Sponsorships, account-based marketing and product marketing Presentation development and execution Digital video production Product marketing campaigns General marketing duties and projects as directed by Head of Marketing and Service. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience with 5 years within a financial services environment A good understanding of financial advisers and the wealth management competitive landscape Understanding of digital marketing best practice (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO, conversion tracking, webform optimisation, A/B split testing etc) Experience with CRM and email platforms such as Dynamics 365 or similar, with experience in using similar platforms for lead generation and nurture programmes. Also able to design emails in line with brand guidelines. Ability to drive campaigns from beginning to end Creative development – PowerPoint skills are essential. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign would be desirable but not essential. Experience coordinating and producing video content for the website with basic editing skills. Highly collaborative with good stakeholder management – essential for working with the sales team. Writing skills – drafts for communication teams. Attention to detail a must. The firm offers a collaborative team environment, hybrid working with set office days.
