We are looking for an experienced and reliable Civil Plant Operators to join our team based at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. What do you want in your next job? About Us Crossmuller is an innovative and progressive multi-disciplined company specialising in manufacturing design, automation and systems integration. Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses. Our Construction team supports the growth of our business by focusing on internal and external civil works, plant operation and property maintenance. In this position, you will operate plant machinery to assist with property maintenance and construction of new facilities. To be successful in this role you will: Have experience operating multiple earthmoving machines and the relevant tickets (if applicable) with a minimum of 3 years experience (Excavator 1-30 tons, Backhoe, Front end loader and Bobcat) Have experience in all aspects of Civil works Have experience in installing stormwater drainage and pits, sewerage and service pipes Have laser levelling experience with the ability to set up and use dumpy levels and set pipe lasers Have experience in rock hammering, excavation, trenching, piering, bulk excavation and levelling Have GPS final trim experience Possess the ability to work both in a team environment and independently, with high attention to detail Have a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) Have a current driving licence and own transport Have a HC (Unrestricted) Licence (an advantage) Be physically fit to undertake manual tasks Your skills and work ethic will be rewarded with excellent working conditions and competitive rates. This is a full-time permanent position within our Construction team. To be successful you must be self-motivated and willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner.
