You’ll use your management experience to help coach our retail consultants to success, making sure they’re driven and energised to reach and exceed store targets.**What you’ll do*** Oversee the induction of your new team members* Coach the store’s team to meet (and exceed) store targets* Help support your team with customer query escalations* Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed* Executing business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics.* Act as team cheer leader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store culture* Organise the store floor and team’s work schedules, to meet customer demand.**About you*** You have previous experience in a retail leadership / assistant management role* You’re able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success* You lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team* You’re able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solving* You’re an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change.After you’ve submitted your application, the next step is a video assessment supported by our partner, Hire Vue.
