We are searching for our newest superstars, driven from the success and growth of hummgroup and the Strategic Partnerships team, who are responsible for the Relationship Management of hummgroup's high value retail partnerships.
As an Account Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative, passionate and winning team who is known for exceeding their targets.

What You'll Do: Manage your own day and diary, which will see you on the road visiting your metropolitan based retail partners of greatest opportunity, whilst juggling the virtual meetings and phone calls of your regional retail partners.Maintain, enhance and build exceptional working relationships with our strategic retail partners from State/Regional and store networks to grow our share of businessIdentifying, planning and delivering training for our sellers to better equip them to discuss, sell and process hummgroup'sproducts.Execute sales strategies for your portfolio, driving the channel's end to end activity in support of the company sales objectivesat store levelReporting and communicating to the sellers and internal teamsWho Will Thrive in This Role: We are seeking a high energy, results-oriented professional who will excel in nurturing and growing existing business relationships.

Experience in coaching, mentoring or training team members.Amazing customer service ethos and great customer engagement, along with an easy approach to doing business.Have a proven track record in planning, producing and executing sales strategy that drives high performance.High understanding of how to engage retailers, stores and salespeople to activate and increase product acceptance.Experience of dealing with financial products such as BNPL and long-term interest free products (desirable)If you're ready to play a significant role in driving growth and nurturing key partnerships, apply today and seize the opportunity to make a difference
