Electric Vehicle Fleet Driver Join Tower Mobility (Tower EV) and drive a Tesla Model Y and hybrid vehicles while earning competitive pay and enjoying a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation & Benefits Base pay $18.50/hour plus tips averaging $3–$8/hour and performance bonuses, with total earnings up to $28/hour. Weekly pay. 401(k). Health insurance. Paid time off. $200 referral bonus. No out‑of‑pocket costs for maintenance, insurance, electricity, or mobile device. Responsibilities Provide safe, timely transportation for passengers. Use company‑provided navigation tools for smooth trips. Follow traffic laws and maintain a professional driving experience. Operate modern electric vehicles such as the Tesla Model Y. Qualifications Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and at least 2 years of U.S. driving experience. 25 years old or older. Authorized to work in the U.S. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Pass pre‑employment drug testing (including marijuana). Ride‑share experience is a plus. Schedule Full‑time shifts (AM and PM). All shifts must include at least one weekend day.
