In this role, you will report to the Retirement Village Manager and will be responsible for on-going repairs and preventative maintenance of building, plant, equipment and furniture. You will also assist with identifying and actioning health and safety issues to provide a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the safety and upkeep of the ILUs by undertaking a variety of maintenance tasks in a timely and highly competent manner.* Responsible for grounds maintenance, on-going repairs and preventative maintenance of building, plant, equipment and furniture.* Liaising with contractors* Identifying and reporting areas for improvement* Assist with identifying and actioning health and safety issues to provide a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.**What you’ll bring:**You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
