RESIDENTIAL LIFE SUPERVISOR

04th December, 2025 The Residential LifeSupervisor (RLS) is responsible for facilitating the creation and coordination of a multi-dimensional and culturally diverse community under the guidance of the Property Manager - Operations, with a particular emphasis on resident wellbeing and ensuring the delivery of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program. The RLS plays a key role as part of a broader Management team in promoting and advocating for residential wellbeing at the forefront of our business operations. More specifically you will : Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, university departments, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders Recruit, train and be responsible for the Residential Advisor teams About You : You are hands-on, energetic, and passionate about supporting students to thrive both academically and personally. With strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people, you’ll enjoy building a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment for our residents. You will also have : Unrestricted working rights in Australia Previous experience in the hospitality / student services industry Strong ability to stay organised, creative, and adaptable in balancing pastoral care with events and operations.
