The Opportunity As the Clinical Nurse Consultant you will have the opportunity to be active in a leadership role including the development and provision of evidence-based clinical nursing while working and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across WREN inpatient unit and HITH team. The opportunity also allows you to act as a clinical expert professional role model and change agent to promote practice development and quality initiatives that promote the delivery of safe efficient and high-quality customer service. About You To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset with the drive to succeed in a ward-based leadership role. Your passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service will be matched by your ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. You will be required to role model best practice and provide clinical support to nursing staff allied health staff and lived experience staff. Relevant registration with AHPRA Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse with experience in Mental Health Post-graduate qualification in a relevant area is preferable. Experience working in perinatal mental health or eating disorders is preferable. Ability to implement and provide education and training for clinical staff. Comprehensive knowledge of legislative requirements in relation to nursing practice recovery orientated practice national standards and relevant frameworks including Safewards. Knowledge and experience in the implementation of service improvement and quality projects. Ability to provide clinical supervision Exceptional customer service strong communication and interpersonal skills About Wren Wren is the Womens Recovery Network.
