Customer Experience Team About the Role: Our Customer Experience team helps you build a customer-centric mindset, learn our core business and systems, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. You will be the first point of contact for Signet, resolving customer queries through various channels, processing, and optimizing orders, and building product and systems knowledge. You'll also have opportunities for project work in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, L&D and supply chain. The successful applicant will have: A Recent undergraduate degree (or about to graduate) Previous experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality A current Australian driver’s license and own vehicle Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Motivation to work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite About SIGNET Signet is a leading packaging company that is committed to delivering exceptional products and services.
