Role Description This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Narre Warren, VIC. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for designing personalised rehabilitation plans, conducting assessments and implementing evidence‑based treatments. Regular responsibilities include evaluating patients, identifying areas of improvement, overseeing recovery exercises and effectively communicating progress with clients. The role involves close collaboration with the Axis team to ensure high‑quality patient care and optimal performance results. If you are excited to escape the rat race of private‑practice physiotherapy, then this is the role for you Qualifications Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing and providing targeted treatment for musculoskeletal and sports‑related injuries Experience with rehabilitation planning and exercise prescription for a variety of clients Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and full professional registration Commitment to continued education and staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy and sports recovery Experience in sports environments or working with athletes is advantageous Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Wellness and Fitness Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Axis Performance by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
