The Role Airmaster Fire is currently seeking an experienced, skilled and dynamic Fire Alarm Technician to join our NSW Fire team, based out of Auburn. In this role, you will take ownership of Fire Alarm testing sites and service & repair works, ensuring high-quality outcomes and an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Maintaining, inspecting and performing programmed maintenance on Fire Alarm systems to AS1851 Managing & delivering scheduled & reactive Fire Alarm service and repair works Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes & safety protocols Liaising with clients, subcontractors & internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction Completing accurate service documentation and reporting Key Competencies Prior experience working with Fire Alarm systems (essential) Relevant Industry qualifications and certifications Strong problem-solving skills along with technical abilities and skill Customer-focused mindset with strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative mindset who works well in a team with a proactive attitude Strong attention to detail and reliability Commitment to uphold Airmaster's brand & values in all aspects of work Benefits of Working with Airmaster The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing and nationally-recognised company and have the opportunity to be involved in newly acquired and diverse portfolios.
